Nanny screening includes:

Every situation is unique and every family has specific needs. 
We charge a one-time placement fee to pair a nanny and family, 
there are no recurring monthly charges. A salary will be
negotiated and the Nanny becomes your employee. 

Some of the duties traditionally preformed include:

     •      Planning creative play and enrichment activities.
     •      Tending to child’s emotional and physical health.
     •      Maintaining the children’s play areas and bedrooms.
     •      Light housekeeping
     •      Grocery shopping
     •      Children's Laundry
     •      Planning and preparing children's meals.
     •      Transportation to play dates and activities.
     •      Vacationing with the family.
     •      Assisting with potty training.
     •      Adhering to family’s discipline methods and maintaining             daily protocols.
     •      Maintaining summary of children’s activities.
     •      Communicating openly with family regarding concerns                and challenges.
     •      Occasional overnight stays (for non live-in).
     •      Emergency childcare

Placement Options:
 
     •      Full-time or part-time.
     •      Live in or out.
     •      Sitter Service.
     •      Temporary nanny.
     •      Emergency sitter.

SITTER SERVICE

There is a 4-hour minimum per visit. Call as needed. Our sitter services provide access to qualified, screened sitters for your family’s short-term childcare needs. A great interim option for families with immediate needs who are starting a nanny search with us.

TEMPORARY NANNY

Perhaps you are living in the area for the summer or your spouse will be gone for a period of time and you need additional
support – our temporary nanny services can help. Our
short-term placements are made with the same care and focus
on quality matching.
